We know you’re probably not ready to commit to the full course without trying out a free class first, but you do need to enrol, even if you’re only coming to the free intro class. This is non-negotiable. We have a duty of care that requires us to ask you for some basic contact and health information so we can best cater for any pre-existing health conditions you might have, and, in the event of an accident can call your emergency contact person to support you.
